The Loft, Centre Ostend

This workshop is dedicated to both beginners and those who have practiced Qigong for years.

You will learn and perfect your Qigong/Taiji posture, connect to your center Dan Tian, develop and strengthen your structure and roots, discover and improve the open energy flow, clarify the yin and yang phases of the movements, and tune in to the natural unhindered way of Qi.

We will pair up to practice and physically experience the connection to our center and the ground, and to help each other feel the openness of joints. We will enjoy the feeling of our unobstructed life energy!
