The workshop will be guided by Jikō (Zuzanna). Her inspiration springs from many years of practice of movement and dance, body orientated therapies, over 20 years of experience in deep meditation practices, and breathwork.

During this workshop you will dive deep into feeling the body, recognizing emotions, learning tools to regulate your nervous system, and much much more.
You will engage in practices of guided body scans which help deepen the body-mind connection. By digging deeper into more and more subtle layers your trust in your own intuition will grow spontaneously.
Through breath, movement, and stillness you will explore the art of letting go, and being in this very moment, with your whole body and your whole being.
