What to expect:
Through a guided relaxation session, you will embark on an inner journey supported by live instruments and beautifully inspiring music.
Facilitator:
The workshop will be guided by Jikō (Zuzanna). Her inspiration springs from many years of practice of movement and dance, body orientated therapies, over 20 years of experience in deep meditation practices, and breathwork.
