As part of our third and graduating year of training in the Grof® Legacy Program we are inviting one of the most experienced breathwork facilitators anywhere in the world - Eva Cállmin from Sweden to lead this English-language retreat.

Grof® Breathwork is a powerful experiential method of self-exploration and psychotherapy. It was developed by psychiatrist Stan Grof and his late wife Christina. It integrates aspects of the perennial traditions and insights of modern consciousness research.

The combination of accelerated breathing, evocative music, and energy-releasing bodywork brings about Holotropic* states of consciousness and activates our innate healing capacities on the physical and transpersonal levels.

*Holotropic is derived from the Greek words Holos and Trepein and may be understood to mean "propelling (us) towards wholeness".

As a participant, you will work in a pair and alternate in the role of “breather” and “sitter". The 3-hour sessions and the integrations sessions that follow them are supervised by trained facilitators.

Your eligibility to participate will be determined by a medical form which you will fill out at the time of registration; as well as by a short phone call with the organizers.
